1. Congratulations

Your installation has now been completed.

Before leaving your property, our installers will have carried out a final inspection to ensure the film has been installed to our professional standards.

As the film continues to cure, you may notice temporary changes in its appearance. These are completely normal and form part of the installation process.

2. The First Few Weeks

During the curing period we recommend:

  • Avoid cleaning the film.

  • Avoid touching or pressing bubbles.

  • Leave windows closed where practical for the first 24 hours.

  • Allow the film to dry naturally.

Curing times vary depending upon:

  • Temperature.

  • Humidity.

  • Sunlight.

  • Film type.

  • Glass orientation.

Most installations cure naturally within a few weeks.

3. What's Normal?

During curing it is perfectly normal to notice:

  • Small water pockets.

  • Light haze.

  • Minor optical distortion.

  • Small drying marks.

  • Tiny bubbles.

These normally disappear naturally.

4. Cleaning Your Window Film

Once fully cured:

✔ Soft microfibre cloths

✔ Mild soap solution

✔ Non-abrasive glass cleaners

Always wipe gently. Especially on installed films that have a joints.

Avoid excessive pressure around film edges.
